Clarification Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data
All personal data processed by Dimension Plastik (“Company”) are protected in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVK) and other relevant legislation. Below you can see the enlightening information about the Company's data responsibility, for what purpose your personal data can be processed by the Company, to whom it can be transferred, the method of collection and your rights.
a) Data Controller and Representative
Within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, your personal data; It will be collected and processed within the scope described below by the Company as the data controller.
b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Product / service contract, visit, application, employment, our website, social media, phone, e-mail, etc. your personal data that you share for reasons; It can be collected by automatic or non-automatic methods and processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the following purposes:
• Carrying out the necessary activities for the Company to offer products or services,
• Ensuring the legal, technical, commercial and occupational safety of the Company and the persons who have a business relationship with the Company;
• Planning and executing the activities necessary to customize the products and services offered by the company according to the needs of the customers, and to recommend and promote them;
• Carrying out the necessary work by our business units and executing the relevant business processes in order to benefit the persons concerned from the products and services offered by the Company;
• Planning and execution of the Company's commercial or business strategies;
• To carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by the Company and to carry out the related business processes;
• Planning and execution of the Company's employment and human resources policies and processes
• Follow-up of finance or accounting works,
• Planning and execution of our company's commercial or business strategies,
• Management of relations with business partners or suppliers,
• Planning and execution of sales processes of products or services,
• Carrying out activities to determine the financial risks of customers,
• Planning and execution of customer relationship management processes,
• Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of our company and the persons who have a business relationship with our company, follow-up of legal affairs,
• Planning and execution of company audit activities,

c) To Whom The Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred For What Purpose
Your collected personal data is for the following purposes; to our shareholders, business partners, external service providers, suppliers, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals at home and abroad; It can be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698:
• Planning and executing the activities required to customize the products and services offered by the company according to the needs of the relevant persons, and to recommend and introduce them to the relevant persons;
• To carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by the Company and to carry out the related business processes;
• Carrying out the necessary work by our business units and executing the relevant business processes in order to benefit the persons concerned from the products and services offered by the Company;
• Planning and execution of the Company's commercial or business strategies;
• Planning and execution of the Company's employment and human resources policies and processes
• Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational safety of the Company and the persons who have a business relationship with the Company
The use of your personal data will be limited to the above-mentioned purposes, and will not be shared with or transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations and official institutions/organizations.
d) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection
Your personal data can be collected by the Company through all kinds of written, verbal, security camera channels or physically or electronically during your visit to our company, with automatic or non-automatic methods and based on different legal reasons, to be used for the purposes specified in the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data.
For this reason, your collected personal data can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.
The Company will keep the personal data it has obtained, within the framework of the conditions specified in this Information in order to ensure the best satisfaction with the data collected from the business partner/customer/suppliers, and for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the nature of the contracts, if any.
In addition, the Company will be able to keep personal data in case of any dispute that may arise from contracts, limited to the execution of administrative or judicial processes within the scope of the dispute, and during the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the relevant legislation.
d) Rights of Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
Personal data owners may submit their requests regarding their rights to the Company through the methods set out in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy shared on the internet address www.boyutplastik.com.tr/kvkk. The company will finalize the request as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request.
In this context, personal data owners;
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data

In requests submitted by the data owner, the name, surname, signature if the application is in writing, T.C. identification number or, if foreign, nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, place of residence or business address for notification, e-mail address for notification, telephone and fax number, if any, and the subject of the request. In case of a written response to the requests, no fee will be charged for up to ten pages, and the Company reserves the right to charge a fee for responses over 10 pages, based on the fee schedule stipulated by the legislation. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the Company may charge the requesting data owner a fee equal to the cost of the recording medium.
